Here is some useful information about your staying.

Access

At the front door handle you will find a keypad. The access code is ………………

To open the door using your access code, press Access Codeand rotate the handle to open the door.

To open the door using your RFID Card, press and touch the card to the keypad. Rotate the handle to open the door.
(You will find 2 RFID Cards in the inner side of the door. Please leave them there, when your stay is over).

After 5 seconds, the handle will lock automatically.

Hot Water

At the electric panel (on the left side of the kitchen), press the button marked with “W/Heater”. The orange light will light. 15 minutes is enough time to heat 100 liters of water. Important! For safety reasons, before you use the shower switch off the heater by pressing the same button.

House Rules

• The house is dedicated to you. So, you are not allowed to host people other than those you have registered.
• During your stay, please respect neighbours. Do not disturb them with loud music, or any kind of actions that may be annoying.
• During you stay, please avoid damages to any hardware, (ex. Furniture, appliances, switches, plugs etc).
• Safety is the number 1 priority. Avoid any actions that may hurt you, or lead to damages.
• No smoking inside the house.
• Do not use open fire.
• No pets are allowed.
• Tap water is not drinkable.
